Library Board meetings are held on the 4th Monday of each month at 1:30 p.m. at the Springfield Memorial Library, 665 Main Street, in the Library’s meeting room a unless otherwise posted in advance. Meetings are open to the public. Notices are posted in three public places: on the Library’s outdoor message board, the Springfield Post Office, and Horizon Bank. A copy of the agenda is available at the Library.
