The Springfield Board of Health meets as needed on the 2nd Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at Springfield City Hall, 170 North 3rd Street, which meetings are open to the public.
An agenda for such meeting, kept continuously current, is available for public inspection at the Office of the City Clerk (City Hall), during normal business hours.
Meeting notices are posted in three public places - City Hall, Springfield State Bank and Springfield Post Office. Notices are usually posted the Friday before the meeting.
