Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations Update
In May, 2025, the city updated the Comprehensive Plan. The city is now working with Sightline Planning and Ray Planning Solutions to update our Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations to ensure consistency with the plan. Below is a link to a Recommendations Report which provides a general assessment of the City’s existing development regulations, highlights significant issues, and suggests preliminary recommendations.
