Do I need to complete a utility service application for new service?

Yes.  Please contact the Utility Billing Clerk at City Hall to set up a new account for water and sewer services.  You will need to complete a Utility Service Application Form prior to your beginning date of service.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, all new utility customers are charged a $150.00 security deposit which must be paid at the time of application.  The deposit covers both water and sewer services.  The security deposit is refundable after one year of service, if the customer maintains their account in good standing and is not delinquent on bill payments.
