An application filed by Springfield Landing, LLC, subdivider and owner, for a preliminary plat for Lots 1-4 and Outlots X-Z (to be renamed Outlots A-C), Springfield Landing, on property legally described as the irregular easterly part of Tax Lot 18, in the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 13 North, Range 11 East of the 6^th P.M., Sarpy County, Nebraska, consisting of approximately 20.89 acres, and generally located at the northwest corner of S 6^th Street & Pflug Road.
